Designed for people with FTTP network design auditing responsibilities, this course provides attendees with the skills and knowledge needed to efficiently audit the quality of deployed FTTP networks. Combining elements of design and quality control we introduce attendees to the affect on service delivery if critical design and construction standards are not adhered to. Attendees will be introduced to quality control methodologies for all triple play services. Attendees will have the opportunity to work on a live FTTP network to explore all operational and maintenance disciplines needed to effectively and efficiently assess the quality of customer service delivery. The outcomes associated with this course are to equip attendees with the confidence needed to efficiently audit network design and construction quality to assure the long term stability of FTTP networks.
